Smart Knowledge Hub can interoperate with SharePoint.

Within the "Integration" area of Smart Knowledge Hub, you can define which parts of shall be synchronized with Smart Knowledge Hub, you can synchronize manually.

Integration for SharePoint

After setting up the SharePoint integration, just click on the 'SharePoint' menu point to open a list of SharePoint sites Smart Knowledge Hub is linked to.

You can enable or disable the synchronization for each site using the corresponding button in the right column of the table. Use the 'Synchronize now' button to start the synchronization immediately.

Please note that synchronizing a SharePoint site can take a long time. Because of that, the 'Synchronize now' button will show a loading indicator after clicking on it. You will have to refresh the table manually to see if the synchronization has finished.

Use the 'Refresh' button in the button bar to refresh the view.

Not all file types are being synchronized. Just use the 'Show file types to be synchronized' to see which types are configured in the SharePoint Configuration.
